We found the tools on the desktop and the web very polished and quick in use, with transfer rates good as well. The ability to sync and manage Google Drive files for multiple accounts and automatically convert files to Microsoft Office or OpenDocument are fantastic and make Insync perhaps.

Insync is a feature rich Google Drive client for Windows, Mac and Linux. The mobile apps, like the web interface, are straightforward and easy to navigate, even if they're rather plain in appearance (aesthetics really aren't the primary consideration for a cloud storage service). Rated 2.00 out of 5 based on 8 customer ratings. There's not all that much to the interface on the desktop, besides progress indicators and a recent changes list, and so you need to go to the web interface to access old file versions and for advanced sharing options. If you prefer, you can upload and keep files on the web without having local copies on your synced computers, which is handy if you want to save some space on your desktop machines. The web interface is slick and easy to use, and offers another way of getting your files up to the cloud. I don't know of any cloud storage giving you that option and a RAID configuration is possible, I suppose, if you give each cloud storage a partition (i.e. How do you efficiently determine which files are new compared to the last data dump that you kept? You could manually compare file times between your files and the files of the new data dump, but you can lose a lot of time doing so. Suppose that you regularly receive a data dump via an FTP. How do you make external hard drive backups efficiently? The external hard drive naturally exists outside of a RAID configuration and a cloud storage sync folder and it could be very difficult and time-consuming to do the backup manually. RAID configurations and cloud storage solutions have their place, but they cannot solve many of the problems that this program can. Overall: For those who do not know what FreeFileSync can do for you, let me sum it up for you: it's a program that allows the user to manages folder synchronization jobs.
